Though we hope your trip goes smoothly, we understand that plans can change and adjustments require to be made. This Refund Policy explains how to get a refund on airline reservations made via our platform. Please read it carefully to know your rights and the steps you need to take to get a refund. We ask that you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy by making a reservation with us.

Terms and Conditions as a Rule

  1. How to Ask for a Refund:
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing using our official customer service methods.
  • Please keep in mind that it could take 4 to 7 weeks to process a return request.  This amount of time gives us time to work together with airlines and other essential providers.
  1. Delays and Refunds of Flights:
  • If your flight is delayed, you will not get your money back.  But we strongly advise that you call the airline directly because they will work to make the best alternative plans.
  • Based on the airline's rules, you can get your money back if they have to cancel a flight.
  1. Getting Tickets and Lost Tickets:
  • We suggest using electronic tickets at all times.  If you lose, steal, or forget your tickets, Skytripz is not bound by any claims.  We recommend that you call the company directly for help if you have any problems.
  1. Ticket Prices and Availability:
  • Skytripz is not in charge of the prices or availability of flight goods.  Before we can make changes to our website, airlines and providers may raise or lower their rates or run out of stock.
  • Prices and availability of tickets may vary until full payment is handled and tickets are sent out.

Airline Ticket Refunds

Tickets that can be refunded

  • Tickets that can be refunded give you the most options.  If you must forfeit your flight, you might be able to get your money back in full, less any fees the company charges for cancellations.  They will decide on these fees when the flight is cancelled.

Can't be returned tickets

  • Tickets that can't be returned are the cheapest option, but there are strict rules about cancelling them.  Cancelling a non-refundable ticket will not get you another one, and you will lose the money you paid.  You might be able to get a trip credit or coupon if the airline lets you, but this is up to the company.

Ticket Cancellations and Modifications

  1. To stop, please call our customer service team at any time.  If you cancel your reservation, you will have to pay the withdrawal fees.
  2. Cancel After 24 Hours: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your flight, the airline's rules will apply.  There may be a fee for cancelling, and the terms of getting a refund will depend on the company.
  3. No-Show Policy: Tickets are considered "no-show" if passengers do not inform the airline or Skytripz in the event that they do not make it to their scheduled flight.  Tickets that aren't shown aren't refundable.  If you would like to prevent this, make sure you get to the airport in plenty of time or inform the airline four hours before your trip if there are any changes.
  4. Passenger Name Changes: In most cases, once a ticket has been purchased, the airline's policy prohibits making changes to the name(s) of the passengers.  If you change your plans, like cancelling or changing a flight, you may have to follow the airline's rules and be charged extra.
  5. Low-Price Airlines: Tickets bought from low-cost flights less than 10 days (195 hours) before the trip are non-refundable.  It's not possible to change or cancel your ticket once you've made your reservation.

Refund Qualification Criteria

  1. Suitability for Cancellation: Cancellations must comply with the airline's fare regulations in order for requests for refunds to be considered.  Cancellations cannot be considered no-shows and must be handled directly through Skytripz.
  2. Airline Contract: In order to complete your refund, Skytripz will do its best to get a waiver from the airlines or suppliers.  Nevertheless, there are cases where this might not work.  The airline or provider has the last say on refunds.
  3. Service Charges: Not refundable are the service costs paid to Skytripz to process your booking.  Additionally, there may be additional expenses for post-ticketing services if you decide to cancel your request; however, this is contingent upon the supplier approving the refund.
  4. Refund Processing Period: Depending on the supplier's policy, the time it takes to complete a refund after the airline or provider approves it can range from sixty to ninety days.

Zero-Cancellation Fee Service

  1. Zero-Cancellation Suitability: Only certain flights booked via Skytripz are eligible for the ZERO Cancellation Service.  If you cancel your ticket a minimum of 24 hours before your departure, this service will fully waive the cost of cancelling.
  2. Prohibition for Waiver: There are standard withdrawal fees that will be charged if you cancel your ticket after 24 hours or don't show up at all.
  3. Offer Misuse: Any immoral or dishonest use of the ZERO Cancellation offer by customers or travel providers will lead to the cancellation of the reservation and loss of the offer. 

Concluding Remarks

  • When you book through Skytripz, you accept that the airline or provider has the final say on any refund requests.
  • This refund policy can be changed at any time.  We suggest that you look it over often to keep up with any changes.
